Bring your expertise in Sales and Marketing to a global business with a core purpose of continuously improving the quality of life of the people of Africa by providing them with innovative and affordable financial products. We are seeking a highly-skilled, adaptable, and reliable Sales and Marketing Supervisor to help take our company to the next level. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities. You should be familiar with analysis and market research, product and service promotion, and anticipation of customer behavior. Key responsibilities are below.



  • Responsible for building and strengthening our marketing strategy both online and offline.
  • Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Work with the marketing lead at the group level to optimize digital strategies and coordinate all online marketing.
  • Support the Liberian Sales team with strategies to penetrate and grow the business. Key targets will be based on target volume for the quarter, the number of registered BNB CashApp users, and the number of digital transactions.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
  • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
  • Maintain the department’s budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective. The budget for these marketing campaigns should be discussed and approved by the management.
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and promote BnB’s services and products.
  • Promote and manage joint marketing efforts with internal and external teams.
  • Evaluate company reports to address, reinforce, or correct market and/or agency performance trends and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Make fact-based recommendations on product pricing and commission. Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships and provide solutions to retain customers and agents and increase transactions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, brand ambassadors, influencers, and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
  • Work closely with partners to do grassroots activities to promote business.
